Hi. It's Me. I'm the Problem.
I’m an acrylic painter drawn to bold colors, layered textures, and the kind of landscapes that make you stop and feel something. My work is rooted in abstraction—it’s less about recreating a place exactly and more about capturing its energy, emotion, and rhythm.
Bright color is my language. It’s how I express the joy, movement, and magic I find in the world—especially through travel. Whether it's a quiet Minnesota winter or a windswept coastline halfway across the world, I’m always collecting moments that make me pause. Those moments end up in my paintings.
The best part of creating art? Hands down, it’s when someone connects with a piece in their own way. I love that something I made can spark a memory, feeling, or sense of place for someone else. That kind of connection never gets old.
